Agentic AEC Execution

Every rule. Every drawing. Every deliverable.
Checked, corrected, and produced by the Agents you configured.

VitruAI is the execution layer for AEC — a network of AI Agents that live inside Revit, Rhino, ArchiCAD and the tools you already use, doing the compliance, interop, coordination and drawing work your senior staff shouldn’t still be doing.

For architecture, engineering, and construction firms 30–3,000 staff. Live in production today. Expanding across UK / US / KSA / MENA in 2026.

The Vision

The next generation of AEC firms will run on Agents.

With the shift to agentic AI, the work that takes senior architects and engineers 30–60% of their billable hours — code review, clash coordination, drawing production, model cleanup, rule enforcement — is now executable by specialised AI Agents that sit inside the authoring tools your team already uses.

The best firms will not abandon Revit, Rhino, or ArchiCAD. They will run Agents inside them. VitruAI builds, deploys, and manages those Agents for you.

The Gap

30–60% of your billable hours is on work that doesn’t design anything.

If you run an architecture or engineering firm of 30 to 3,000 staff, you’ve felt every one of these.

Compliance review that repeats every project

Senior architects hand-checking 180 code rules against a villa model. Fire-egress measured with a tape. Set-back drawings annotated once, then re-annotated when something shifts.

Cost: 4,500 hours/yr at a 50-seat studio — ~$255,000 in senior labour.

Rhino ↔ Revit translation that loses fidelity every time

Early design in Rhino. Documentation in Revit. Somewhere in the middle the geometry gets rebuilt — manually, imperfectly, repeatedly.

Cost: 3,000 hours/yr — ~$170,000. Plus the frustration of your best designers doing translation work.

Drawing production that’s still a human bottleneck

Sheet setup, annotation, schedule generation, standard-compliance — all done by staff who joined to design buildings.

Cost: 12,000 hours/yr — ~$680,000. The single biggest line-item in the displaceable bucket.

Coordination that catches the wrong clashes

Navisworks reports 4,000 clashes. Three of them matter. You spend the week finding which three.

Cost: 3,500 hours/yr — ~$200,000, and the big downstream cost is what you miss.

Displaceable labour per 50-seat studio: $1.4–1.8M per year. VitruAI captures ~10%.

What VitruAI Is

A network of AI Agents.
Inside the tools you already use.
Doing the work your senior staff shouldn’t.

Deployed, not licensed

Each Agent is configured to your studio’s standards, your jurisdiction’s codes, your project context. You don’t operate the machine — we do.

Inside your authoring tools

Via MCP (Model Context Protocol) + lightweight add-ins in Revit, Rhino, ArchiCAD. No new modeller to learn. No import / export round-trip.

Explainable, governed, accountable

Every finding links to the exact rule, the exact element, the exact measurement. Human-in-the-loop on every material decision. The architect of record still signs.

Every Seat at the Table

Specific value for every role in your practice.

Managing Partner / Principal

Margin protection. Compliance risk reduced. Your senior staff back to designing buildings.

Director of Design Technology / CIO

A platform your BIM managers extend, not a black box. Open Agent architecture, your standards, your rules.

BIM Manager

Every standards-enforcement task automated. You author the rules. The Agent enforces them. No more nagging.

Project Architect

Compliance review in minutes not weeks. Rhino-to-Revit handoff is a click, not a week of rebuilding.

MEP / Structural Lead

Coordination that calls out the three clashes that matter, not 4,000 that don’t. Priority by cost-of-late-discovery.

CFO

Measurable hours saved per project. Reportable. Auditable. Billable to clients as a productivity surcharge.

Integrations

We plug into what you already run.

VitruAI Agents live inside Revit, Rhino, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, Procore, Speckle, IFC, and more. If it has an API, we connect to it.

FAQ

Questions you’re already thinking.

Is this a new CAD tool?

No. VitruAI runs inside Revit, Rhino, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, and the tools you already use — via add-ins, MCP servers, and Speckle connectors. You keep your authoring environment. You gain an Agent network on top of it.

Does this replace our BIM manager?

No. It gives your BIM manager leverage. Instead of hand-checking 180 rules on every model, they author rules once and the Agent enforces them forever. Instead of nagging teams about standards, they tune the Agent. The judgment stays human; the enforcement is automated.

Who carries liability for a missed code violation?

The architect of record, always. VitruAI outputs are explicitly "QA/QC advisory" — the Agent finds, explains, and recommends. The licensed professional signs. We carry Tech E&O on the software side. This framing is deliberate and reviewed with PI brokers.

How long until we’re live?

10–14 weeks from kickoff to operational, including codification of your studio’s standards and the Agents your firm needs. The first visible result is usually in weeks 4–6 on a pilot project.

What about data security and IP?

Models stay under your control. Per-tenant inference isolation (no shared training across clients). SOC 2 Type I in progress. DPAs signed. Self-hosted deployment option for sensitive projects.

How much does it cost?

$5,000–6,500/month for the first 1–3 months (build + calibration), $2,000–2,500/month per Agent at steady state. Multi-agent enterprise deployments $60–180k ACV. See the pricing page for details.

What if the Agent we need isn’t on the catalogue?

That’s VitruAI Labs. We’ll scope it as a bespoke engagement under our MSA, build it against your workflow, and roll the learnings back into the platform. Our first design partner started this way with the Dubai Villa Code Agent — see the case study.
