The problem

The issues that cost the most are the ones caught late.

A missed code rule or a broken standard found on site is a change order. Found in the model, it’s a five-minute fix.

Code issues surface too late

Egress widths, set-backs, accessibility clearances — checked by hand at the end, when fixing them means redrawing.

Standards drift across the team

Naming, families, sheet setup, worksharing. Every model bends the standard a little, and the cleanup lands on your senior staff.

Review eats the hours you bill

Manual model audits pull architects and BIM managers off design work and onto checklists, project after project.

How it works

Three steps. Inside the Revit you already use.

01

Connect Revit

Install the add-in and sign in. No new modeller to learn, no export round-trip.

02

Run a QA pass

VitruAI reads the model and checks it against building codes, your firm’s standards, and project requirements.

03

Fix with confidence

Every finding names the element, the measured value, the threshold, and a suggested fix — so your team can act on it and sign off.

What it checks

Codes, standards, and your firm’s conventions.

Building codes

Egress, accessibility, set-backs, and jurisdiction rules — pre-built Rule Packs for your region.

Firm standards

Naming, families, templates, worksharing — your conventions, enforced consistently.

Project requirements

Client and project-specific checks, encoded as rules and applied on every pass.

Coordination

The issues that matter, prioritised by the cost of finding them late.

Built for professional accountability

Assistive by design. Your team stays in control.

Explainable

Every finding links to the exact rule, the exact element, and the measured value — not a black-box score.

Governed

Encode your firm’s standards and your jurisdiction’s codes once. VitruAI applies them consistently on every model.

Accountable

VitruAI is decision-support. The licensed architect or engineer of record reviews the findings and signs off.

FAQ

Questions you’re already thinking.

Is this a new CAD tool?

No. VitruAI runs inside the Revit you already use, via an add-in. You keep your authoring environment and add a QA layer on top of it.

Does this replace our BIM manager?

No — it gives them leverage. Your BIM manager authors the rules once, and VitruAI enforces them on every model. The judgment stays human; the checking is automated.

Who carries liability for a missed code violation?

The architect or engineer of record, always. VitruAI is decision-support — it finds, explains, and recommends; the licensed professional reviews and signs off.

How much does it cost?

Start free, no credit card. Paid plans are $60 per seat per month (2 months free on annual), with volume discounts from 10 seats. AI usage runs on credits, and every seat includes a monthly allowance. See pricing →

What about data security and IP?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is never used to train shared models. For confidential or regulated work, Enterprise can run in a dedicated cloud, on-premise, or against local models — so nothing leaves your environment. A signed DPA is available. See Enterprise & Security →

Can we get help rolling it out across the firm?

Yes. Our Success Packages cover onboarding, custom rules, standards import, and training — from a two-week Kickstart to a full multi-office rollout. See Services →
