What’s a credit, and how fast do they go?
Credits meter AI usage: $1 = 1,000,000 credits. Every seat includes about $30 of usage each month, pooled across your firm. As a rough guide, $1 analyzes roughly a quarter-million words of your documents — a typical QA pass on a model uses a small fraction of a seat’s monthly allowance.
What counts as storage?
Storage is the curated knowledge base VitruAI reads from — the codes, standards, and project documents you bring in to be analyzed. It is not a replacement for your file server: keep bulk files in Egnyte, Autodesk Docs, or wherever they live today. You get 25 GB per seat, pooled.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Self-Serve plans are managed in-app — change seats or cancel at any time, effective at the end of your billing period.
Where does my model data go, and how is it secured?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never used to train shared models. For confidential or regulated work, Enterprise can run in a dedicated single-tenant cloud, on-premise, or against local models — so nothing leaves your environment. A signed DPA is available.
Is the output a substitute for professional review?
No. VitruAI is decision-support — it flags issues and suggests fixes, but your licensed architect or engineer of record reviews the findings and signs off on every decision.
