This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the VitruAI desktop add-ins (including for Autodesk Revit) and their installers (the "Software"), provided by Letzgro, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("VitruAI", "we"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
The Software is a client that connects to the VitruAI cloud platform; your use of that platform is governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
1. License grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on computers you own or control, solely with a valid VitruAI account and solely to use the Service. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
2. Restrictions
You will not: (a) copy (except one backup), modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law; (c) rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or distribute it; (d) remove proprietary notices; (e) circumvent license, authentication, or usage controls; or (f) use it to build a competing product.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Software and all intellectual property in it.
4. Updates
The Software may check for and install updates. We may modify, update, or discontinue the Software or require you to update to continue using the Service. Field-deployed clients that are not updated may lose functionality.
5. Third-party and platform requirements
The Software runs inside a host CAD/BIM application (currently Autodesk Revit 2024/2025/2026, with additional hosts added over time) and requires the applicable .NET runtime and network access to VitruAI endpoints. The host applications are third-party products subject to their own vendors' terms; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Autodesk or any host vendor. You are responsible for holding valid licenses to the host application and any third-party software you use with the Software.
6. Data
The Software transmits model data and prompts to the Service for AI processing as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not use the Software with data you lack the right to process.
7. Assistive output — no professional certification
The Software surfaces AI-generated Output that is assistive only and must be independently verified by a qualified licensed professional. See the Liability Disclaimer.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS SET OUT IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO MODELS, PROJECTS, OR DATA, OR FOR RELIANCE ON OUTPUT WITHOUT PROFESSIONAL REVIEW.
9. Termination
This EULA terminates automatically if you breach it or when your VitruAI account ends. On termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Software.
10. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, consistent with the Terms of Service.
