About

Named after a Roman architect. Built for the next generation of AEC firms.

Vitruvius wrote De Architectura in the 1st century BC and defined the three virtues of any built work: firmitas (durability), utilitas (utility), venustas (beauty). VitruAI helps your team uphold all three — at the pace and scale modern practice demands.

What we do

VitruAI is AI quality control for Revit. It reviews your models against building codes, your firm’s standards, and project requirements — flagging issues with the exact element, the measured value, the threshold, and a suggested fix, while there’s still time to act. It’s decision-support: your licensed architect or engineer of record reviews the findings and signs off.

QA/QC is the front door. Beyond it, VitruAI runs a wider network of specialist agents — across compliance, coordination, interoperability, and drawing production — that your firm configures to its own standards and runs inside the tools it already uses.

Who’s behind VitruAI

VitruAI is built by ADAIA — an AI and digital-transformation consultancy with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Muscat, Cairo, and San Francisco. Founded and led by Ian I.P. Arden.

Our launch customer

Our launch customer — a Dubai villa-compliance practice — runs VitruAI against production Revit models, checking a 180-rule code library and turning a multi-hour manual review into minutes. It’s the template every VitruAI rollout follows. Read the case study →

How we work

Three principles govern everything VitruAI does:

  • Explainable. Every finding links to the exact rule, the exact element, and the measured value — never a black-box score.
  • Governed. Human-in-the-loop on every material decision. The architect or engineer of record always signs.
  • Accountable. Every rule, action, and output is logged, versioned, and auditable.

Where we are going

We’re making professional-grade QA accessible to every firm — start free inside Revit, and scale to a full agent network and enterprise deployments as you grow. Every check VitruAI runs returns hours to designers and engineers, and gives firms a defensible, auditable record of quality.
